With spring finally here that usually means many rainy days. While I was contemplating on whether or not I should buy a cute pair of rain boots I came across Melissa Shoes. At first when I read they were plastic shoes my first reaction was, “I’m sure these are going to be ugly, hot and squeaky.” But after doing a little more research on them I am pretty impressed!

Speaking of smell, each pair comes scented (bubblegum is one of their scents… Yum!). Their website claims that the smell will last a few months and is one of their customers’ favorite features.

Melissa Shoes have been around for about 30 years but have made a big splash in the US market with recent high fashion collaborations with famous designers such as Vivienne Westwood.
